Spumante Rosé
A fruity and smooth sparkling rosé from Treviso in the Veneto region of Italy. Made from Glera and Pinot Noir, it reveals fresh aromas of white pear, strawberry, grapefruit, and raspberry, creating a harmonious blend of fruit-forward flavors. The wine finishes with a soft, playful touch that’s as delightful as it is refreshing.

Treviso, Italy
Spumante Rosé comes from Treviso in northern Italy, a region closely connected to the country’s sparkling-wine heritage. The limestone- and clay-based hills receive warm Mediterranean light during the day and cooler alpine breezes at night. This contrast helps preserve acidity while allowing fruit to ripen gently, conditions well suited to both Glera and Pinot Noir. Viticulture has shaped Treviso for centuries, from Roman cultivation to Renaissance celebrations where local sparkling wines played a central role. The region’s long history of sparkling production and its everyday culture of drinking lightly aromatic wines inform the character of Spumante Rosé.
The Making of Spumante Rosé
Spumante Rosé is made by pressing grapes with care to maintain precision, then cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity. After twelve months of maturation, the alcohol is removed through a low-temperature, aroma-preserving method, retaining balance, perlage, and the wine’s core expression. The winemaking approach focuses on clarity, lightness, and the subtle fruit profile typical of Italian rosé sparkling styles.

Glera & Pinot Noir
Spumante Rosé is crafted from Glera and Pinot Noir, two varieties that complement each other in sparkling production. Together, these varieties create a style marked by light aromatics, freshness, and a balanced, understated structure, qualities that remain present even once the alcohol is removed.
- Glera – Brings crisp acidity, floral lift, and notes of pear and white peach. Its natural delicacy supports a clean, bright sparkling profile.
- Pinot Noir – Adds gentle structure, soft red-fruit character, and the pale colour typical of rosé made from this grape.
