Where do you ship?

We ship to all EU countries directly from our warehouse. If you live in the US, Canada, or the UK, you can purchase Oddbird through our distributor and retail partners in those markets. At checkout you will see the options available for your location.

How long will it take to get my order?

EU deliveries normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Some regions may take slightly longer due to local couriers or seasonal variations. As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. The exact price will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I place a larger order for an event or business?

Yes. For bulk or event orders within Europe, please use our Contact form above. If you’re outside Europe, we’ll connect you with the right distributor in your market.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your European order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and our team will assist you. For purchases made through local distributors, please contact them directly.
