Developed over five years between vineyard, cellar, and research, it brings together time, structure, and extended aging in pursuit of a new expression of sparkling wine liberated from alcohol. Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, it offers layered complexity, starting with bright citrus and red berries, followed by a smooth, creamy texture with floral notes, and finishing with a refined, balanced sweetness that lingers on the palate.
