Low Intervention Sparkling Orange Nº1

This enchanting creation was born from a collaboration of passionate winemakers, each with a distinct flair and an unwavering commitment to innovation. We sought to craft a wine that embodied the spirit of Alsace – natural, low intervention & elegant. The organic grapes were gently pressed, allowing their skins to macerate for one and a half weeks to impart a beautiful golden hue as well as silky tannins. Each sip reveals a symphony of flavors: the sweetness of ripe peaches, tangy notes of citrus (orange peel) and floral hints of jasmine and rose which are complemented with touches of herbs and spices.
