The world’s first low intervention red wine liberated from alcohol. Fermented spontaneously, hand harvested, 100% organic and micro vinified in barriques and tonneaux in Breganze, a town in the Veneto region of Italy.
Low Intervention Organic Red Nº 1 is made from a supple blend of Merlot & Pinot Noir which creates fresh tones of dark berries, blueberry, cherry and wood. Low Intervention Organic Red Nº 1 is matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol.
