Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is a 100% organic white wine from North Alsace, France, showcasing the region’s unique terroir with a pronounced minerality and crafted through an entirely natural winemaking process.

The Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling grapes are carefully selected and handpicked to ensure quality.

This floral and fruity wine features notes of citrus, sweet fruits, honey, spices, and cardamom, with a lively acidity and complex finish that lingers on the palate.

After maturing for 12 months, it is gently liberated from alcohol to deliver a pure, natural expression of North Alsace.
