Ingredients:

    • 1/2 Nashi pear
    • 5 small cubes of pineapple
    • 2 cl (20 ml) agave syrup
    • 3 cl (30 ml) lime juice
    • Oddbird Spumante

Instructions:

    1. Rim a large glass (Burgundy or coupe) with pear foam and add a large ice cube.
    2. Shake Nashi pear pieces, pineapple cubes, agave syrup, and lime juice vigorously in a cocktail shaker.
    3. Strain over ice in the prepared glass.
    4. Top with Oddbird Spumante.

Ingredients:

    • 250 g Frozen Raspberries
    • 250 g Sugar
    • 3 tbsp Black Tea
    • 7 g Citric Acid Powder
    • Oddbird Spumante
    • Freeze-Dried Raspberries

Instructions:

    1. Raspberry Tea Syrup: In a saucepan, combine frozen raspberries and sugar.
    2. Add 125 ml water and bring to a boil.
    3. Once raspberries dissolve and seeds remain, add black tea.
    4. Boil for 10-15 minutes, then strain and cool.
    5. Citric Acid Solution: Mix citric acid powder with 100 ml water until dissolved.
    6. Combine 7 parts raspberry tea syrup with 3 parts citric acid solution.
    7. Pour 50 ml final mixture into a highball glass.

    4. Combine honey syrup with ginger water in a 7:3 ratio.
